This version of HVR (hvr_gui.exe) runs as a standard Windows MFC application,
and does not require any modification to the registry.
It can be run as a simple desktop application.

However, hvr_gui uses the dynamically linked library libmySQL.dll
You will need to copy libmySQL.dll into a directory which is
in your system's "Environment Variables" path.
